Philosophy

Grouplanner is an app that allows people to work together and create dates that can be relied on. That means it needs a solid basis in terms of workflow, permissions and such. The rules:

Stay positive
Grouplanner works based on explicit availability. A day is unavailable by default and can be set to available.

All together now
A date can be planned when all users in a group have explicitly set that day to available.

Available is available
Availability is used to plan dates. It cannot be undone at a later time. This is to prevent last-minute cancels that conflict with planned dates. This means confirmation is needed; choose days->save.

Planned days can be canceled
Up to 24 hours ahead.
