Blocks Rusty's optional SpotPass gameplay reporting. The original haggling,
individual DLC purchases and story progression remain intact.

• Blocks report generation, BOSS task registration and task starts.
• Attempts to cancel and unregister an existing BPLAY report task at startup
  and through the reporting settings flow. Missing tasks and service errors
  do not block the game; subsequent calls retry cleanup.
• Keeps StreetPass local wireless unchanged. Original settings text remains,
  but cannot re-enable reporting with this patch loaded.
• Keeps the purchase patch byte-for-byte identical to v1.0.0.

For US v0.1.0 (0004000000106400) with matching US DLC installed. Enable
Enable game patching in Luma, then copy the ZIP's luma folder to the SD
root. Replace the previous code.ips and launch the game once for task cleanup.
The ZIP contains only the Luma patch folder, with no game data or build tools.

Validation: native ARM tests cover purchases and reporting, including cleanup
failures and retries. An isolated Azahar startup check reached new-save/Mii
selection and logged the cleanup calls. Purchases and the new reporting changes have been tested on a 3DS with Luma. A complete story
playthrough remains unverified. Existing-task removal depends on the BOSS service
accepting cancellation/unregistration; it cannot remove tasks before launch.

Offline purchases for the US v0.1.0 game with matching US v0.2.0 DLC installed.
Haggling, negotiated prices, selected minigame unlocks and story progression
remain controlled by the original game. No save enabler is needed.

This packages the existing hardware-confirmed purchase patch. Its four IPS
records are unchanged by the repository split. The source build, metadata and
installation instructions are self-contained and reproducible.

Offline purchases are confirmed on Luma hardware. Full-story playthrough remains
unverified. Native ARM regression checks cover all ten items and purchase results.
The ZIP contains the patch, manifest, documentation and MIT license only.
