Grupo Murad is a Brazilian real estate development and construction company founded in 2014. Today, it is part of the Murad Holding.
Grupo Murad operates as both:
- A construction company (executing projects end-to-end), and
- A real estate developer/incorporator (structuring, developing, and delivering real estate ventures).
In 2020, Grupo Murad expanded into technology to build proprietary solutions that address both general operational needs and real estate–specific challenges. Since then, the company has been developing its own applications to improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience across its business.
Grupo Murad's current objective is to launch MRG (Murad Real Genius), its own Large Language Model (LLM), alongside other high-impact applications intended to be broadly useful—within the real estate domain and beyond.
