fix: add marketplace.json for plugin installation#85

The plugin install command requires a marketplace.json in the repo. Without it, `/plugin install Guild-Agents/guild` fails with "Marketplace not found". Now users add the marketplace first, then install: /plugin marketplace add Guild-Agents/guild /plugin install guild Updated README and landing page with correct install instructions.
