First release shipping a learned classifier (Rule 12) alongside the
11 heuristic rules. Opt-in via `pip install "flac-detective[ml]"`.

- CNN classifier, 1.6 MB TorchScript, bundled with the wheel
- Trained on 887 authentic + 6179 transcoded FLACs on Hetzner GPU
- Test F1 91.4%, conservative threshold (p ≥ 0.85) for high specificity
- Full reproducible training pipeline in ml/
- Graceful no-op when torch is not installed
