Installation

Nf-core Pikavirus, as a part of the nf-core community, requires only Nextflow 20.10 or higher to work. The rest of the software used (check dependencies) is installed automatically!

To install Nextflow, you can follow this command:

                         `conda install -c bioconda nextflow`

Please, make sure you are installing Nextflow 20.10 or superior!

Next, please clone this repository to your local:

                         `git clone {repository_name}`

With this, nf-core Pikavirus should be ready to go!
