The Operator Registry

In order to manage the Gunero network, we need to authorize nodes called Validators with the ability to mine new blocks and publish block information for the Plasma synchronization.

The GunClear Authority will manage this pool of validators, which the Gunero network will use to validate who is authorized to mine and publish blocks.
