Inconsistent File Size For Shared Release Of Version 7.0

first of all, i must thank you for supporting this project and making windows builds for windows.

I have been using ffmpeg for many years, i generally use "shared" release version where all the required libraries are in separate files and the main executable like "ffmpeg" "ffplay" "proble" are are size few hundread kilobytes.

Please check the following screenshots:

v2018: (as you can see all 3 executable files ("ffmpeg" "ffplay" "proble") are very small in size

v4.1: (i have been using this one for many years, and it also has very small executable size) note; i have renamed the executable files

v7.0: (this one has the problem where proble and ffmpeg is fine, but surprisingly ffplay is over sized)

and as i need to support windows 7, as far as i know 7.0 is the last builds that supports windows 7

so? is there any way you can rebuild the version 7.0 to shat all 3 executable size are similar to what it should be? again.. i am taking about "shared" release

i will be more than happy and grateful if you kindly do so

The size of ffplay increased after 6.1 because it added direct support for H/W acceleration using vulkan and libplacebo.

7.0 is almost 2 years old so rebuilding it is not possible. The build toolchain would have to be rolled back and around 80 dependencies would have to be rebuilt, You can try 6.1.
