Added list of git repositories for future cleanup

I've added list of github repositories under https://github.com/HACManchester for future cleanup

• I've tried to add context where I can as to what I think they were for.
• Some of the ones in there are ones I've setup in the past that I'll be merging into single repo's
• For ones we can possibly delete look towards the bottom of the list

For now I've put this under the "Infrastructure" top level heading on the wiki, unless we want this some place else

I think Apps.Discourse was something I created originally to try and document some of the mailing list / discourse setup.
But I was never really involved in looking after it long term so it's probably out of date and perhaps needs updating by someone who has more access to the mailing list setup stuff.

That being said mta-sts.hacman.org.uk could just be placed / merged within a subdirectory of the Apps.Discourse / Plugins repo to save having lots of repos everywhere

There's quite a few that could be merged together, I'm planning on doing that with some of the ones I've setup in the past (listed under Migration).

It's not a perfect list but I think it's good enough for an initial version

mta-sts.hacman.org.uk would need to stay separate as it's published as a github pages site, but the other stuff sounds good, excellent work!

Ok I've now split the list up into multiple pages
also added a note about mta-sts.hacman.org.uk
and removed a couple more of the repos I've created in the past.
