Clang 13.0 plus hashmaps

Added several hashmaps: Tessil, Google, Abseil.
Added a new download method 'git_checkout'.
Cmake defaults now to strip sources.
Upgraded pybind11 to 2.8.1, OpenSSL to 1.1.1l, clang to 13.0.0, Python to 3.9.9, AWS C++ SDK to 1.9.149, OpenBLAS to 0.3.18, Armadillo to 10.7.3, Binutils to 2.37, cmake to 3.22, ncurses to 6.3.
