Goal

Have data from Oracle db populating a new database owned by ACF

Approach

Determine strategy

• Determine structure and content of Oracle DB
  • Understand the complexity involved based on the schema, what triggers exist, and what questions we need answers to
• Validate viability of db migration plan
  • Understand which path will work better and faster for us, given both the labor and the bureaucracy issues
• Determine what to procure/provision from cloud.gov
  • Understand whether OPRE should use a new or existing organization and/or an enterprise agreement
