Description
User Story
As a Source Code Inventory contributor, I want to remove inventory entries that I proposed so that repositories do not appear in the inventory when they are no longer appropriate for discovery or potential reuse.
Acceptance Criteria
When the feature to remove an inventory entry is selected, the associated repository metadata is removed from the inventory. The feature to remove an inventory entry is only available to users that originally proposed the repository and to Source Code Inventory managers.
