希望控制启动器GPU占用率
尤其是IGPU（Vega、UHD等核心显卡）下卡顿显著
独立显卡（GTX1650、RX590）亦有卡顿
望增加类似“关闭动态效果”、“降低透明度”、“降低视觉效果”、“关闭阴影和透明”功能
