"Tasks can only be created by moderator/admin" complete

New Changes:

• Edited Button GUI to only show up for Admin/Moderator roles on the tasks page.
• /edit & /new pages redirect if you aren't a moderator or admin on the tasks view.
• No edit button will show up on the users page if you dont have the correct credentials to edit (either moderator/admin/current_user = @user.id)
• Adjusted Users show page to fix grammatical issues and add more info inclusing the discord username.

I reviewed the code and could not find any issues.
All deletions and additions were individually inspected and no bugs found.
