Ab#562 Accessibility improvements

• clearer labeling (including new texts for SR), unique labels for repeating fields
• element type fixes (links are links, buttons are buttons instead of generic divs and spans for example)
• aria tags added for elements that may be busy
• containers with alert role exist on first render (no content)
• improved focus management
• improved disabled button accessibility (some buttons disappeared entirely when disabled)
• fixed settings button showing variable placeholder on SR
• accessible loading status
• removed unnecessary onKeyDown, tabindexes, and button roles from buttons which work automatically
• unhid instructional text
• removed confusing column announcements when there is only one column
• unified visible texts and SR texts for controls
• uninteractable input field changed to span
• tests fixed to reflect changes
• css adjusted to new structures

This toggle is normally disabled before a stop has been added, but the styles are definitely off. I will fix the styles. I also noticed the language selection styles are a bit different now, although not broken like this toggle.
