Misfit calculation functions from Tc1D and Tcplotter should be migrated here

Tc1D and Tcplotter both currently have functions included for calculating misfits between predicted and measured ages. It would be cleaner in the long run to make TherAPPy a dependency for both and have the age prediction and misfit functions included here.
