Pull request overview
Updates the project README to a new “HopeVid” presentation with a banner, badges, reorganized sections (achievement, overview, features, tech stack), and an explicit team/attributions section.
Changes:
- Replaces the previous README narrative with a structured overview (achievement, STAE-C flow, features).
