Corrected to match actual committees:fiscal (4) + constitutional/governance (3) + environmental (1) + social insurance (1) + transport (1) = 10The healthcare and migration categories were phantom — the actual reports are from KU (Constitution, 3 reports) and SfU (Social Insurance, 1 report).
