Replace generic boilerplate analysis files with proper political intelligence analysis following the per-file template: - HD03229: En ny mottagandelag (Prop 229) - migration reform, sig 7/10 - HD03215: Tidsbegränsat boende (Prop 215) - integration housing, sig 7/10 - HD03222: Brottsoffersättning (Prop 222) - victim compensation, sig 5/10 - HD03223: Konsumentkreditlag (Prop 223) - consumer credit, sig 4/10 - HD01MJU18: UTP-direktivet (Bet MJU18) - EU trade directive, sig 3/10 - HD11671: Asbestexponering (Fråga 671) - worker safety, sig 4/10 - HD11670: Muslimska brödraskapet (Fråga 670) - security policy, sig 5/10 - HD10424: Flyglinjen Torsby (Ip 424) - regional infrastructure, sig 3/10 - HD10425: Försvarsetableringar (Ip 425) - defence costs, sig 5/10 Each file now includes: Document Identity table, Executive Summary with confidence label, Mermaid diagrams with color-coded style directives, Classification table, SWOT evidence tables, Risk Assessment matrix, Forward Indicators, and Document Control footer. Rewrote 6 analysis files with full template compliance: - risk-assessment.md: Risk Heat Map + Cascading Risk Chain diagrams, 5-entry register - threat-analysis.md: 6-category Political Threat Taxonomy + Attack Tree diagrams - significance-scoring.md: 5-dimension scoring for 9 documents, individual top-5 breakdowns - stakeholder-perspectives.md: 5-group stakeholder map with evidence-backed narratives - synthesis-summary.md: Intelligence Dashboard + SWOT Balance diagrams, forward indicators - classification-results.md: Decision Tree diagram, batch classification of all 9 documents All files include: Mermaid diagrams with style fill:# color directives, evidence tables with dok_id citations, no [REQUIRED] placeholders, real data from 9 riksdag documents analyzed on 2026-03-31.
