Done in commit bf0c3db. Updated all mermaid 11.14.0 → 11.15.0 references across docs and documentation:

• docs/dependencies/dependency-tree.json — regenerated via npm run docs:dependencies; mermaid entry now shows 11.15.0 with the correct resolved URL, and all @vitest/*/vitest entries updated to 4.1.6
• docs/dependencies/dependency-tree.txt — same regeneration; mermaid@11.15.0 and vitest@4.1.6 now reflected
• docs/dependencies/index.html — regenerated via node scripts/generate-dependency-report-html.cjs; the dependency table and tree view both show mermaid 11.15.0 and vitest 4.1.6
• Article-Generation.md — fixed stale inline version string from 11.4.1 → 11.15.0

The copy-vendor-mermaid.ts script and deploy-s3.yml don't hardcode a version number — they always read from node_modules/mermaid/dist/ at build time, so they automatically pick up 11.15.0 on the next npm run build.
