hub: waterfall + footer

• everything in this image except the clouds next to the vinyl

• looks similar to stuff on landing (sponsor section, faq waterfall) so probably can copy some of it and modify if you need

• the ducky goes solo in mobile view (see next image)
  

• footer is almost the one from landing so copy all that over for both desktop and mobile. the only difference is the grass on top of the footer for the mobile version.
