admin: match editing feature

Add functionality for manual control over judgeToTeam matches.

Currently, the admin panel is pretty minimal with buttons for importing Devpost CSV data, matching judges to teams, inviting judges and resetting password. It'll be nice to be able to manually edit and change judge to team matches in case the algorithm doesnt perform optimally.
