Removed old UI designs and updated with new UI design images and background

Description

• Imported new pillar, flame, and profile background orb as assets
• Changed view background to new background
• Removed old profile UI in HIProfileCardView.swift
• Updated with new UI design images

Todos

• Add user info labels to the UI, on the pillar
• Add user QR code to the UI, on the flame
• Add user profile picture to the UI, on the orb

• Added role, wave, and rank labels to the profile card
• Added QR code
• Added user name (placeholder for now)

TODO:

• Add and position user profile picture
• Figure out why user name isn't appearing (probably api; our test user could not have a user name)
• Look into very small spacing issue with the labels
