Reasoning being extraneous information, and adds room for "Join Us" item.
This updates main.tsx and Layout.tsx to accommodate a dummy page to commence development on the Apply page.
This is a relatively large commit.
The apply page is not reachable via navbar, only through /apply.
Major changes are:
- banner beneath title with various cards
- dynamic form with capability for additional roles
- automatic linkage to dictionary of values
Todo:
- rewrite handleSubmit function to better suit nonstandard input/files
- move further away from sx/inline styles
- add additional roles and proper questions
- parse empty string as "do not route" to support nav options that should
ONLY offer pills
