The page should - allow one to choose which event IDs count towards the raffle (since e.g. id 1 is lunch_day1 it shouldn't count but workshops should) - maybe have a gigantic wheel with each participant? a given participant will have a larger fraction if they attended more events - perhaps even look good? idk a wheel might be too restrictive if we have like 500 participants
