It should be against Da Rules to tell people explicitly or implicitly that they are not welcome.

i.e. I want us to remove people who make others feel unwelcome in HH.

  1. i think there should be warnings first?
  2. i think they should be able to bring up certain TOPICS (not people) they disagree with being in HH in HH meta or some other public means of appeal.
