Oceanya Client (v1.0.4)

Smol changes, and a hotfix
Just a tiny post-launch patch, mostly because the server console had a bad habit of exploding when it got attention. Nobody complained, but I knew. And it bugged me.
Bugfixes:
- Server console no longer crashes if it gets a message right as you open it. (Multitasking is hard, okay?)
- All clients now disconnect before the main window closes. Like polite guests at a party.
Known Issues:
- Special characters (the kind you'd probably never type anyway) might still break IC parsing. Handle with care, or just avoid flexing your Unicode knowledge.
