Light bar support

I know this differs from the core of the project but other software like RacingDSX allows to manage both triggers and light bar, I still prefer yours when it comes to trigger personalisation so I thought it would be cool to also have the light bar support.
I don't know how hard it would be to implement this and how much of the original code would change but I just wanted to drop here this idea!

What do you want lightbar to do?

Yeah first thing that comes to mind is speedometer but to give out other ideas:

• red light when violent impact occurs;
• color based on the selected radio station/based on the current song;
• color that matches the current car class in use;
• color that matches the stoplight during drag races;
• color based on the current in-game season;
• different light effects when game is in-pause or other state (map or personalisation menu);
• color that change based on the current selected Drivatar difficulty.

Again, I don't know how the light bar APIs work so some of the ideas listed above may result stupid/unfeasible, sorry for that!
