Any way to continue an interrupted encode?

I recently unexpectedly lost power while doing a long Blu-Ray to x265 encode. By the time of the crash, almost 20 hours had already elapsed. I opened Handbrake to get the "Do you want to recover the queue?" diaogue, which I was grateful for, but is there no way to use the 500MB of already written output to continue the encode itself?
