Description
Problem Description
Content:
I am using an Intel Arc B580 graphics card and have enabled Intel Deep Link.
However, when using HandBrake 1.9.2 (HandBrake-1.9.2-x86_64-Win_GUI), I found that Intel Deep Link does not seem to work.
Monitoring through Windows Task Manager during video encoding, the iGPU (integrated GPU) utilization stays at 0%, and only the dGPU (discrete GPU) is active.
Environment:
GPU: Intel Arc B580 + Intel UHD 770 (iGPU)
Motherboard: MSI Z790 GAMING PLUS WIFI
OS: Windows 11
HandBrake Version: 1.9.2 (HandBrake-1.9.2-x86_64-Win_GUI)
Intel Graphics Driver: Latest version as of April 2025
Expected behavior:
When Intel Deep Link is enabled, both the iGPU and dGPU should collaborate during encoding.
