Handbrake won't start - .net Fault or Graphic Driver? #7546

Problem Description
Very strange behaviour: from one day to the next, I can no longer use the current version of Handbrake. I had the latest version (1.10.2), which had been working fine for me. But suddenly, the Handbrake window no longer starts.
The following error message appears in the Windows log:

So i tried a lot of different things.
Remove Handbrake, tried another Version
I tried a lot of things: Uninstalled Handbrake. Tried other versions (I'll get to that in a moment).
Uninstalled the .Net components. Deleted the temp folder. Restarted the computer each time.
After a lot of trial and error, one thing seems clear: I can only "update" to version 1.6.1, which works.
Of course, I have installed .Net Desktop Runtimes 6.x, 8.x and also 10.x. And after a couple of hours trying, it seems that im stuck on Version 1.6.
Another strange thing: there are a few errors with "nvcuda64.dll" in the Windows Logs, when i use 1.6 ... but now it runs. I uninstalled and reinstalled my graphic card driver (nVidia GeForce 4070 RTX), but no luck.
Sorry for this slightly messy bug report, but its not my common language and i cant really see a reason, why Handbrake will not work anymore :/
