Automate jeremy integration

Currently, two issues make Jeremy's inclusion a bit makeshift:

1. The user needs to manually manage having a local copy of jeremy
2. The user needs to ask Nick for Jeremy's config.json

ideally, we would just send requests to jeremy as hosted on heroku (with authentication, of course).

Some possible solutions:

1. Spwank as a submodule of Jeremy.
2. Jeremy installed with/managed as a dependency of Spwank.
3. Calls to Jeremy as hosted/deployed on Heroku.
