CheckComboBox 触发改变事件，返回数据一直为空

Describe the bug

通过ListBoxAttach.SelectedItems绑定后，触发选中事件后，赋值一直是 null



并且如果是绑定的List，通过ListBoxAttach.SelectedItems绑定也没有选中

Steps to reproduce the bug

1，ItemsSource 绑定List或者List
2，ListBoxAttach.SelectedItems 设置的值始终为null，T类型时候没有初始化选中

 public IList SelectedEquipmentNos { get; set; } = new ObservableCollection<string>();
 
 使用IList 就可以了
