Why now

Tagged 2026-06-10 02:33 TW (per Hank autonomy directive) to un-block the EClaw integration card (card_a0a04dbf) which has been waiting on a v1.0.0 tag. Commit 4773595 ("feat: v1 MVP") has been on main since 2026-06-07 with no further v1-blocking work.
