👩‍💻 S-HDT analysis pipeline 👩‍💻

We applied a 3-step pipeline to:

(i) identify ‘random’ and ‘non-random’ responders

(ii) identify participants who likely applied a cognitive strategy to perform the task, and

(iii) identify the most probable PSS and accuracy for each participant.

Run the following scripts to run the analysis and generate the component figures used in the manuscript. Large figures for the manuscript were compiled in PowerPoint.
