Markov Chain Model for analyzing the VesicleVoyager platform - a system for in vivo selection of surface displayed proteins that direct extracellular vesicles to tissue-specific targets.

This module implements a Markov model that captures the stochastic relationship between surface-displayed monobodies and their packaged DNA within extracellular vesicles (EVs).

Please see individual Branches within this repo for data associated with in vitro and in vivo experimental data.
