harperdb CLI/package → harper (8 files)

• components/applications.md — CLI commands and npm package name
• components/extension-api.md — `harperdb restart`
• components/plugin-api.md — from 'harperdb' import
• database/api.md — from 'harperdb' import
• database/compaction.md — copy-db command and env var CLI invocation
• configuration/overview.md — CLI argument usage and standalone invocations
• http/api.md — from 'harperdb' import, __harperdb_request_upgraded → __harperRequestUpgraded
• logging/api.md — from 'harperdb' imports

Intentionally unchanged

• cli/overview.md legacy code block — explicitly documents harperdb as the backward-compatible alias
• @harperdb/ scoped npm package names throughout
