Give the persona names a mad-scientist theme and retire "Workhorse"

Summary:
Re-skinned both persona synonym pools into a cohesive mad-scientist /
laboratory theme so the title reads like a lab identity (e.g. "Nocturnal
Research Fiend", "Caffeine-Fueled Idea Reactor", "Obsessive Mad
Theorist"). Every label still maps to the same real usage signal it did
before — only the wording changed. Dropped "Workhorse" (disliked); the
steady mid-model worker is now "Bench Scientist". Kept "Mad" out of the
adjective pool so a default+default title can never read "Mad Mad
Scientist". Daily synonym rotation and the per-trait metric "why" lines
are unchanged.

Verification:
cargo build clean; cargo clippy -- -D warnings clean; cargo test 52
passed (updated the four persona assertions pinned to old canonical
names: output_engine -> Idea Reactor, generator -> Inventor, workhorse ->
Bench Scientist, night_shift -> "Nocturnal Research Fiend").
