v0.7.0 — semantic_search + find_similar (corpus-RAG)

Two meaning-based retrieval tools over the resolved dossier cards:

• semantic_search — BGE-M3 vector ANN; natural-language entity search that complements the lexical search_entities (no keyword match needed).
• find_similar — nearest corpus cards to a given entity_id ('more like this').

18 tools total. Backed by new /api/public/semantic-search and /similar/{id} endpoints. Results grow as the embedding backfill fills the corpus; may be sparse until then. npm publish of @whiteintel/mcp-server@0.7.0 pending (needs the npm token).

v0.6.0 — agents can pay

13 → 16 tools: get_pricing, buy_dossier (guest Stripe Checkout → checkout_url), claim_dossier (session_id → 90-day entity-scoped token); get_dossier gains optional token unlocking the paid depth. Registry manifests (server.json / mcp.json / claude-plugin.json) + SECURITY.md. See CHANGELOG.

v0.5.1 — get_pulse since cursor

get_pulse now accepts an optional since (ISO-8601) sync cursor: poll with the next_since from your last response to stream only newly-ingested events. Triggers npm publish.

Forward WHITEINTEL_API_KEY as a Bearer token so paying users authenticate as their plan and are metered per-key. Optional — anonymous free tier without it. Docs/version drift fixed (9 tools, freemium language, smoke 5->9).
