Feature Request / Bug] Cannot map functional keys (Shift/Delete) in custom layout JSON extensions.

When trying to customize keyboard layouts for secondary languages (e.g., Persian/Farsi) in HeliBoard, attempting to place functional keys like shift or delete within the row JSON arrays (using standard labels or keyboard_state_selector) fails. Either the parser silently ignores the keys, fails to load the layout entirely, or throws type mismatch errors because functional keys are restricted compared to character keys.

Describe the solution you'd like:
It would be extremely helpful if custom layout JSON files could natively support mapping functional keys (such as shift, delete, or action) in custom positions (e.g., placing a shift key next to the bottom row characters) without the parser rejecting them or requiring recompilation.

Here is an example of the layout structure where we want to place shift instead of a standard character:
