Changes since HeliBoard 4.0:

• add D-Pad by @devycarol (The D-Pad PR. #2600), and some overhauls as preparation (Shift state cleanup #2586, Layout stack #2648)
• allow using key repeat as long-press code (-11000) for toolbar keys and popups, by @eranl (Support key-repeat as a toolbar key long press code #1776)
• improve clipboard hint and fix it missing in some text fields, by @andrijzyn (Fix clipboard paste hint design and functionality #2659)
• update settings icons, by @RHJihan (Improve functional hint setting string #2658)
• more consistent display of popup hints, by @eranl (Always show popup hint only if key has popups and no hint label #1682)
• fix "hidden features" message text, by @RHJihan (Fix double-escaped apostrophes in hidden features message #2655)
• set key repeat as default long-press code for arrow keys, by @eranl (Default arrow and word right/left keys' long press to key repeat #2672)
• tune numpad key widths to align them with number layout, by @RHJihan (Make the numpad visually aligned with the symbols layout #2674)
• fix sometimes disappearing toolbar keys (Toolbar keys occasionally disappear #2605)
• add separate ColorType for clipboard suggestion
• properly update shift state when moving the cursor with arrow keys (Make InputLogic.onUpdateSelection behave closer to our documentation #2664)
• move colors (night) setting next to colors setting (Prompt user that 'Auto Day/Night mode' overrides setting a custom color scheme #2718)
• sort exported gesture data alphabetically instead of not really working random order
