Fixes Helioviewer-Project/helioviewer.org#626

  • Updating helioviewer event interface from 0.2.3 -> 0.2.4 fixes the referenced screenshot issue. The updated version ignores data with invalid coordinates (previously caused an error to be thrown).
  • Updating other composer dependencies.
