Status: Command Timeline Phase 2 engineering checkpoint; not a public GitHub Release. Latest remains v1.2.0.

• Added the pane-owned Command Timeline overlay without changing terminal dimensions, PTY size, padding, or swap-chain size.
• Added deterministic pane-local navigation, visible-row-only projection, high-precision wheel accumulation, stable selection, and incremental Phase 1 index consumption.
• Added keyboard, pointer, accessibility, High Contrast, Reduced Motion, cleanup, warm-access, privacy, and pane-isolation coverage.
• Changed defaults to Ctrl+Tab for Command Timeline, Ctrl+T for next tab, Ctrl+Shift+T for previous tab, and Ctrl+Alt+T for new tab; explicit user bindings retain precedence.
• Replaced the stale README workflow badge with the live Windows CI validation badge.
