Current status

• Latest public release: v1.2.0.
• Current engineering checkpoint: v1.2.2, Command Timeline Phase 2.
• v1.2.1 and v1.2.2 are engineering checkpoints, not public GitHub Releases. The stable /releases/latest download remains v1.2.0.

Command Timeline Phase 2 adds the pane-owned read-only overlay, deterministic keyboard/pointer navigation, accessibility semantics, privacy-preserving visible-row projection, and cleanup behavior. Command insertion, copy, paste, execution, output jumping, and search remain Phase 3 boundaries.
