HelmutPay is a non-custodial crypto neobank built on Solana. The goal is straightforward: make it easy for both people and AI agents to hold, send, and receive money privately and programmatically, without the UX friction that has kept crypto out of everyday use.

Transfers settle in under a second for fractions of a cent. Balances and transactions are private by default, powered by Solana's Confidential Balances (ZK proofs, not policy). You keep your keys. We never touch your funds.

For individuals A clean USDC account with a neobank interface. Send to @usernames, not wallet addresses. No gas management, no pending states, no seed phrase at first login. Private by default, auditable when you need it.

For developers and AI agents First-class agent wallets with scoped spend policies, x402 payment support, and a developer API built for autonomous systems. An agent can pay for an LLM call, settle a compute invoice, or execute on-chain logic within defined limits, with webhook notifications and optional human-in-the-loop approval above a threshold.

The foundation Everything settles on Solana mainnet. Privacy is enforced cryptographically via Confidential Balances: amounts and balances are encrypted, addresses stay visible. You can generate a selective disclosure proof for a specific transaction and share it with an auditor without exposing anything else. Confidentiality, not anonymity.
