Use of "public pastes" and "public secrets"

If I understand correctly, the term "public secrets" has been changed to "public pastes" (makes sense), but only in part. The term "public secret" is still used in some translations and variable names.

I also wonder if the public pastes should be deleted entirely. Thoughts?

I think it does have merits

• because of the simple /public URL instead of the long ones
• if you need to give people multiple pieces of information
• if information might change before the receiver gets to it, you can point them to the title of a public paste, then change it in the meantime, if necessary

It might have merits, but I have looked at the stats for secrets almost daily for a long time now, and no one uses it for the SaaS solution.

This can be many things. The understanding of what this is. The button is "hidden".

Either have an options to remove it, or should be deleted entirely.
