Steps tried:

1. Installed OpenClaw beta with npm install -g openclaw@beta
2. Ran openclaw --version
3. Opened OpenClaw TUI and sent hello
4. Set up Telegram bot and completed pairing/first-run setup
5. Sent hello to Telegram bot and it responded
6. Tried Discord bot DM, but it did not respond

Expected:
Discord bot should respond or show pairing/setup instructions.

Actual:
Discord bot stayed silent.
