wiki: native Thai page titles + update links Rename the Thai pages so their wiki page titles render in native Thai (Home-Thai and Troubleshooting-Thai). Updated every internal link, the sidebar, and the language picker to the new page names.

wiki: refresh Home (v3.0.4) + add Troubleshooting and Thai pages Update the stale Home (SHA example v3.0.0 -> v3.0.4; add a close-the-game step, a Troubleshooting link, an English/Thai language toggle, an ISO code column). Add Troubleshooting (EN), Home-Thai + Troubleshooting-Thai (full Thai translation), and a _Sidebar with English/Thai navigation.
