docs: update deployment wiki for v0.2 architecture - Replace Svelte/worker references with proxy+web architecture - Getting Started: docker-compose.local.yml, new ports and URLs - Hosting Docker: new service layout, single-domain setup, TLS examples - Environment Variables: stripped to only what goes in .env; all other config (email, SSO, etc.) now lives in DB via admin panel
