Fix the redundant/non-redundant issue

Some HP ProLiant servers do not require the full component (Fan or power supply) installation to meet the redundant configuration, so this release fixes the issue accordingly.

For example, there 6 fan slots on a HP ProLiant server. Assume that slot 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 are defined to implement the redundant configuration, and the slot 3 is defined as non-redundant status even though a fan is installed in slot 3.
